  • Estimates and Pricing:
    • Quotes are provided based on the information available at the time of the estimate. Additional charges may apply if unforeseen issues arise during the project.
    • A deposit may be required for certain projects, particularly large or custom jobs.
  • Service Guarantee:
    • We guarantee the quality of our workmanship and adhere to all safety and building codes. If issues arise due to our work, we will rectify them promptly.
  • Customer Responsibilities:
    • Customers must provide accurate information about the project and ensure access to the worksite during the agreed times.
  • Limitations of Liability:
    • Benor Electric Inc. is not responsible for damages or delays caused by factors outside our control, such as weather conditions or pre-existing structural issues.

Warranty Information

We stand behind our work and offer comprehensive warranties for all services:

  • Workmanship Warranty:
    • All installations, repairs, and upgrades are covered by a one-year warranty. This includes labor and materials provided by Benor Electric Inc.
  • Manufacturer’s Warranty:
    • Products and equipment installed by us are covered under their respective manufacturer’s warranties. We assist in facilitating claims if needed.
  • Exclusions:
    • Warranties do not cover issues resulting from customer misuse, unauthorized modifications, or third-party interference.

  1. Regulatory Compliance
    Benor Electric Inc. complies with all local, provincial, and national electrical codes, including:
  • Ontario Electrical Safety Code (OESC): Ensures safe and code-compliant installations.
  • Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB): All our electricians are insured under WSIB, protecting both our team and our clients.
  • Licensing and Permits: We are a licensed electrical contractor with the Electrical Safety Authority (ESA) and obtain permits for all applicable projects.

    While we strive for 100% customer satisfaction, we recognize that issues may arise. Our dispute resolution process includes:

    • Email or call us to discuss the issue. Most concerns are resolved quickly through open communication.
  • Step 2: Written Complaint
    • Submit a formal complaint outlining the issue, desired resolution, and supporting documentation.
  • Step 3: Mediation or Arbitration
    • If an agreement cannot be reached, we will engage a neutral third party for mediation.
